Drinking On Cycle? Read This...

I don't drink, never have and never will, nor am I condemning or condoning it!

That said, if you happen to drink during cycles, or if you're just curious about possible precautions and repercussions of doing so this might be of interest.

If not, well it's still a good read and you can never have too much miscellaneous information about gear right? I recently came across this article "Booze: How to Drink Without Ruining Your Routine", authored by the rather reputable long-time trainer/enthusiast Mick Hart. You might recognize the name from his latest venture "The Chris Report". Anyway, note that I said "rather reputable", as with all secondary research information consider it in light of other data, and in relation to your own knowledge base, resources and experiences, not as stand alone doctrine. good read eventhough I am not sure if some of the arguments there are right. for example : I believe most ppl experience hangovers much worse while on a cycle.. Me included... there were others but in general a good read.

Once in a while is ok but if you put em away all the time your consuming a lot of empty calories. Since food goes hand in hand with growth, drinking is counterproductive.

just tried that drink and it taste pretty wicked ... kinda hard to put down
