ok ok i know you shouldnt but i have already gained 1" around my waist in 2 weeks and it sucks, i really wana do some cardio
i am 2 weeks into PCT from a 5week bulker/12 cutter where i was doin cardio every day
i boosted my calories up gradually in PCT and am now on around 3500 - 3800 calories (i was on 2000 at the end of my cycle)
i'm staying the same weight, (perhaps gettin a little heavier) but my tummy is growing and i am watching my abs disapear with every day that goes past
do u think once/twice a week 45mins cardio (on a non training day) could yield benefits, without causing too much stress to my system in terms of recovery and catabolism
