I just had a huge amount of stress dumped on me in my personal life, I wont go into details as they are not the piont of the post, anyway Im half way through a 12 week course deca (400mg/wk) and test cyp (450mg/wk) Ive been too stressed out to eat, take gear or train for a week. Im going to pick up where I left off this week, is there anything additional I should do to help counteract the break and how much of an effect will this have on the overall gains.
