I've bumped up my dosage to 130mcg, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, all at once

my temperature reading (armpit) after 1 hour is at a steady 99.5 fahrenheit

Keep in mind that some people's opinion on this is slightly different (regarding taking your temp.) b/c the underarm temp. is generally 1 degree below your under-tongue temp.

You want your temp. to be around 98.6...

What's your resting temp. (as soon as you wake up)?

Your resting temp. is good. Would you please monitor your temp. over the course of the day? I'd like to see if it's just a flush for a few hours, or if it's consistent throughout. Do you split your dosages? If so, how? Perhaps you could split them more frequently?

I take one dose first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, all at once, no splitting etc

I would suggest you try splitting it up throughout the day, whilst still ingesting it on an (near) empty stomach (an hour or so between meals)...
