    I've been taken halos @ 25mg/day for the past week now how long would I start to get the strenght gains?

    Your dose is on the lite side bro.By day 7 or so your strength should be going up.By day 14 you should be an animal.35-40 mgs ED is best.

    This is my first time taking halos so I figured I'd start at a moderate dose I didn't think 25mg was low.
