    chew or swallow winni tabs

    Guys I've been hearing diff. ways of taking the winni tabs. I have 50mg British Dragons, take half in the am and half in the afternoon. Some people have said chew it up and let it sit under your tounge till it dissolves, other say just swallow it, it does the same thing. any suggestions

    I just swallow them.... (that didnt sound right?)...lol
    I also have BD but they are 10mg and very small to start with....

    But, I also have heard of bro's chewing them.

    u should swallow them but break them in half and take them 12 hrs apart!

    I dont like to get my"winni" chewed on, but ill allow swallowing. j/k -anyway, i dont think it matters, but chewable will absorb faster if thats a variable. so, I'd say just go with the one thats a better deal.

    Somebody thought it would be smart to chew them up to increase surface area to increase absorption rates. Fast absorption offers no real benefits with Winstrol (or other AASs). So just swallow them whole.
