Need some input for a friend looking to try a cycle. Wants to put on a little size (nothing drastic) and wants to completely lean out. Wants to go from 20% to about 5%. I have given him a diet and routine, but I want some suggestions about what to try. Clen will be a part throughout the cutting.
He's 6'1, 20%, 197, 24 years old
