    injection question

    i shot my delt for the first time this morning and when i withdrew the dart my shoulder bleed like niagra falls. is this a good sign? did i just hit a capillaries(vein) or what? did i waste any juice(hope not)?

    fill me in please

    you probably just went threw a vein. Not a big deal it happens. Just make sure you aspirate
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
