    lion nutrition security certificate expired?

i was trying to register with lion so i could buy some products, but a window popped up saying that the security certificate expired. does this mean that my credit card number could easily be stolen by some bitch ass computer hacker or something?

I know exactly what you are talking about. This has to do with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. If it asks you if you should "trust it" then that means that your browser does not a have a copy of a big SSL verification firm; and most likely it's not even registered. This is usually ok. Everything is still encrypted.

Lion Nutrition is fine, they just either need to update the SSL certificate or shell out some big bucks to a verfication firm to get confirmed.
