Gained eight Pounds in one week/7DAYS
Yes i gained eight pounds in seven days.
I weighed 160 now i weigh 169, give or take a pound.
I wake up and eat breakfast and then a midsnack, then lunch, then snack then dinner, then snack. Snack not meaning Pudding, Snack meaning Protein Bar with and orange and a Shake. NLARGE2 is what i use. GOOD STUFF and Cheap.
I partyed a lot before, and i am the one that is not as fortunate, when i drink beer i lose weight, not gain weight, i have diahrea when i drink.
Last saturday i was having the squarts because of all the water and Creatine, and Protein shakes. I took a imodium AD to stop Diahrea and Bam i started gaining weight and holding water, but i haven't been drinking a gallon like i should nor working out 4 days a week, i done chest last week and was really sore and then done legs yesterday and am really sore, i worked out only twice, i have been taking 50-100GRAMS Creatine a day. I think that if you can't gain weight, then just eat when you are hungry and don't work out more than 3 days a week, and only stay in the gym for no more than an Hour.

?????? what the fvck was that all about again? using 10 to 20 times the amount of creatine your body can handle isnt really very smart and if you work out twice a week for an hour then you really need to get your schit together or give up
