I just started my 4th week of Sust and i'm on an 8 week cycle. I read when I was doing research on it that it's good to take whiny when taking sust. I was just wondering if it's too late to start it or if I can go ahead now. And if I can start now, how long should I go for.

Sust is best suited for bulking. Winny is strictly to firm you and cut your muscles up.
You can run the Winny at the last few weeks of the cycle to get rid of the bloated look that you might get from the sust
This is the first time I ever did this.
don't use winny yet. You should generally to stick with test for a first cycle.
