    Injection Days

Does it make any difference whether I shoot on Sunday and Wednesday with enanthate and deca ? Sunday and Wednwsday are my two off days. Or should I stick to what seems to be the norm and shoot every Monday and Thursday?

twice a week... IMO the days don't matter as long as you try to space 'em out evenly.
    I usually run Sun/thur

yes I agree with ripped. Actually, Im sure its normally done E3D so that means the days u shoot will change. The benefits being its always 3 days between shots and therefore blood levels are more stable. But, if its easier, stick wi wot u doing if you not getting any probs - a lot of others do that

my first cycle was mon/thurs, this cycle im doing sunday/wednesday. i dont see any reason you couldn't change the days, just keep'em spaced evenly.
