That pretty much covers is, the biggest drawback to clen is cramps IMO. And what you listed is key to making them go bye bye. Oh, you might want to add calcium if you are not already on a multi vitamin.

its common practice to take 2-3grams of taurine a day, i personally just do a gram, if that. As for water, tons, like bare minimum, a gallon, 2 if ya can.
