    clen and what supplements to take?

    Ok fairly simple question. What supplements I need and how much. Ive heard ppl talking bout taurine potassium and lotsa H2O . can some1 shed a lil light here.

    That pretty much covers is, the biggest drawback to clen is cramps IMO. And what you listed is key to making them go bye bye. Oh, you might want to add calcium if you are not already on a multi vitamin.

    its common practice to take 2-3grams of taurine a day, i personally just do a gram, if that. As for water, tons, like bare minimum, a gallon, 2 if ya can.

    Lots of water! Two pills a day of Taurine. Potassuim, eat a banna every day.
