Help me w/ultimate cutter.

I'm already decent size 234lbs 6', I'm one of the top 2 or 3 strongest guys @ my gym. But I just can't seem to get under 17% BF. I don't have a problem doing Cardio, be it jogging(I jog probably 20 miles a week), sprinting, eliptical, whatever....I just think I need some "extra" help if you know what i mean.

Can one of you GURUS offer me some advice? Obviously I don't want to completly destroy all of the muscle I've got to lean down, but I'd love to get a little leaner, 11%BF would be ideal for me.

Maybe cardio isn't the problem, How does the diet look? Have you read this post?

He;s got it. The guys over in the diet forum really helped me out

Diet would be the single biggest thing to help you, and you might try Clen. I don't like to try and cut a significant amount of weight while on cycle, it's counterintuative IMO. When I cycle my main thought is eating enough to grow, I don't want to be watching my calories when using expensive gear.

I'm about 2 months off cycle, nice gains I've kept, now I want to tighten it up. Great on the diet info, I'm going to look into that. I'm also going to do some reading on Clen as I've heard it can be dangerous if taken incorrectly.
