try some pantothenic acid, dial soap(ANTIBACTERIAL) and scrub. tanning beds help also. just my 2 cent
Tanning in the sun and in the beds make it seem like your face got better but all it does is hide it a little bit. In reality i heard the sun isnt good for the face and the same goes for tanning
I did accutane but NEVER while on 17aa steroids..accutane is one of the most liver toxic orals available
xplicit that may be true but not all of it. yeah it does cover up some blemishes that u have on ur body but tanning dries up your skin instead of having it oily. i worked construction and i used to have a shitload of pimples on my back without doin juice and after 2 weeks in the sun without my shirt it was alll fuckin gone. i stopped tanning cuz i stopped working cuz i had to go back to school it all came back again so tanning is one of the best things a person should do when have acne problems
Not to mention that ultraviolet raditation kills pimple causing bacteria.
neutrogena makes a clear, orange bottle and it works pretty good, can dry you out but keep doing it and the dryness will subside. I also just started tretinoin cream (generic retin a) it has made a big difference in just a couple weeks. the cream is expensive if you have to apply to your back though, doesnt last long.
Try getting this from a doctor Dalacin T. Its a solution which you apply on the Zits.. Very Effective. Works fine for me and all the ppl i recomended it too...
also make sure you drink lots of water, multi vites, veggies etc etc
Im goin to a dermatogist soon so maybe hell give me something to use. I took accutane before it worked miracles but theres no way i am taking that while on AS too bad for the liver
in my eyes its one of them things u iver suffer from it or u dont,my training partner suffered from acne he managed to get rid of it but know hes started juiceing its come back i guess its just u luck.dont forget everyones different
I'm on b-5 and retin-a. both seem to work well.
According to my dermatologist the sun/UV lamps can initially help by reducing greasyness and killing surface bacteria...
but the problem usually lies further beneath the skin and prolonged sun can actually stimutate oiler skin to compensate.
So sunlight/sunbeds are a short-term relief.
Try oxyteracycline or doxyteracycline. I think they're good starting points and are "safe" compared to roaccutane (which I've done twice - with good results by the way :D )
My two cents, Sleazy
i read somewhere sunbeds will dry your skin out so that might help but must people i know use retin-a
Do a search on the web for ISOTREX, it's a TOPICAL accutane and can only be found in Mexico, it's NOT FDA approved. I think Medsmex carries it (NOT A SOURCE SO DON'T BOTHER trying, only acne & viagra, shit like that) Great stuff, it really dries out the skin...pm me if you have a problem. I'm using that along with a prescription for minocycline (sp) from my dermatologist. I have severe acne on my shoulders & back, always have...AS made it alot worse. Pantothenic Acid didn't do shit for me, I even use rubbing alcohol just to try & dry out my skin.
B-12
I read some where that too much vitamin B may be bad for acne so i stopped taking my B vitamins supplements that i have. I read it in some book

Thanks bro, after i see the dermatoglist if things dont work out well with what he gives me ill check out the stuff your talking about.
I think my next cycle I'm going to go light accutane while on, no orals.
exfoliate... my gf got me into and it clears my skin right up. Gets rid of dead skin and blocked pours. Be sensible and get a good brand, or you will fuck your face up.
For me it makes the difference. A BIG ONE!
Accutane + Tanning Beds = No acne
accutane + winny + small amounts of drinking = new liver
New Liver eh?? Shit I gotta get on that shit right away!!!Quote:

No Phucken joke,.......Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree Shampoo & Conditioner. It got rid of all my Acne on my back, and It was horrible last year post cycle. It started clearing up immediately . I'm not a Paul mitchell rep or anythin' just lettin' ya know what saved the day for me. Last thing you want to do is step onstage with a minefield on your back. .02:afro:

Works well for me too. Exfoliate and then moisturize. Those are the keys to healthy skin always.Quote:

Using an oil&acne fighting astringent just before moisturizing helps too.
To help exfoliate on the shoulders and back i use one of those puffy shower ball things.
I had always thought that you were supposed to stay out of the sunlight... so can go tanning on it too?
