That's totolly dependant upon calorie intake on that one. If your diet was set up for that any dose would benefit, but I would say a min of 500mg and I would use letro to control bloat.
By specifically trying to do both in the same cycle you'll be selling yourself short as far as gains. You'd be better of to have a specific focus with each cycle.
