what PCT should i sue with anadrol/prop?

will be running a 14 week course, looking a little something like this...

week 1-4: 50-100mg anadrol ED

week 5-14: 500mg test prop EW

was thinking of using HCG mid-course, would i be best to use something inbetween the drol and the prop or just wait until after the 14th week? was thinking of using nolvadex.

also, ive used 750mg of test enanthate per week in my last course, and 750mg sust per week the course before that. will 500mg prop per week be enough? will be eating between 4000 and 5000 calories a day

what were your results like before on your previous cycles? and did u keep your gains well?

results were ok, didnt gain massive amounts on the scales but looked and felt much bigger, and my strength increased, especially on the enanthate. havent lost any of my gains at all, and only used HCG after the cycle, and proviron 50mg ED with the enanthate

but my diet wasnt spot on with those two courses, protein was good, but not enough calories, about 2500-3000 ED, so ive upped it by 1000-2000 ED
