Ok.. Doing it.. First cycle

500 mgs of Cyp, shot twice a week. 10 weeks. weeks 8-12 I am going to to do 20 mg's of anavar.
What does everyone suggest from PCT?

dont think you will see all that much from 20mg var...i just did 60mg/day for my first run w it, and was not all that impressed, especially when factoring in it's cost

start clomid 18 days after last test shot, 300mg day 1, 100mg days 2-28

ALSO, i think var would be best running it for at least 8 wks

clomid / nolva is a good pct. Some other things you should look into are arimidex, letro all good items for pct, just depends what you want to use.

I would like to cut the bloat down as much as possible... Anavar is not expensive for me ;)... Im going to run it at 30mgs a day!

if its not expensive for you - u need to run it at 60mgs a day. it should be ran at that regardless of expense actually. dont do something just to do it - get results which is what u want

I agree, 60mg is an effective dose for anavar.

Here's a cycle suggestion 4 U

1-12 Test E or C @ 500mg EW (inject twice weekly)
9-14 Anavar @ 60mg ED
1-14 Nolva @ 10mg ED
1-14 A-dex @ .25mg ED
15-18 Clomid @ 100mg ED
15-18 Nolva @ 20mg ED

Not bad, but why would I run a 14 week cycle for my first????

Cut it back if you wish, after all it is just a suggestion. I prefer to see cyp ran for 12 weeks as it takes a long time to build up to its effective levels.

yeah, i got it so cheap, i could not really believe it, and have not seen it that cheap in a while...but still not worth it FOR ME, in my own opinion...but as others have said, i feel 60mg/day var is the MINIMUM starting point...i would cut the var out unless you up it to 60mg/day, and run the test c for 12 weeks...
