    Joint Problems.. Any suggestions??

Hi, I was wondering is there anything out there that helps joints, My knee's tend to hurt when i am playing basketball or lifting weights, Sometimes my elbow joints also hurt when i go heavy doing tricep workouts, Are there any supplements out there that help with this? Can you recommned something you have used and felt a difference?

    Thank you for any help!

If your asking about legal Supplements than try "Joint Aid" take 4-6 a day. Will help quit a bit. If your not talking legal stuff than 400mg Deca Weekly will cure it.

I have severe tendinitous in both of my wrists, forearms. At one time before i started cycling I wore tennis elbow braces, steel wrist braces, and wrapped them both in ace wraps, and also rubbed some cream B-Ball pitchers use on them, and still killed me to work out. If i took Joint Aid it would calm them down.

After 3 Weeks of Deca, no pain, just wear gloves and work out pain free!

This stuff here I've been taking since my knee blew up
but I can't say for sure that they all help:
    SAMe 200mg/day
    MSM 600-900mg/day
    Glucosamine 600-900mg/day
    Chondroitin 600-900mg/day
    Omega-3 Fatty acids 3000mg/day

Here is what I added recently and noticed a huge improvement in my knee pain:
CLA - (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) 3000-4000mg/day
    R-ALA - (R-Alpha Lipoic Acid) 200mg/day
    Acetyl L-Carnitine 500mg/day
    CoQ10 60-120mg/day

Since adding that second stuff, I no longer need ibuprofen at all!
