Imgoing to start my cycle on friday

1-12 Prop 300
1-12 EQ 250

*Im planning on running Nolva for 4 weeks, 40 mg ED the 1st week and 20mgs ED for the last three. Does that sound right or should I get some clomids too? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

16-19 Clomid @ 100mg ED

Run the prop for 3 weeks longer than the EQ then start PCT.

why do you recommend i run nolva & armidex during my cycle? And why run the prop 3 weeks longer? Is it so I dont lose my gains while Im waiting for the longer ester to clear out? im not knocking you, just trying to learn.

I always run nolva incase of any gyno symptoms and a-dex to control estrogen and bloat.

Run the prop 3 weeks longer so you will still have test in your system while the EQ is clearing. EQ will be in your system for at least 3 weeks after your last shot. Prop will be in your system for at least 3 days after your last shot.

so pct times match up...the case would be different with a longer ester like enanthate

That's a low dose of EQ, it should be run 400mg minimum, wait 3 weeks after last shot to start pct. You have the right idea, but don't limit you PCT to a time frame, do it until your sex drive is back

Eggz pretty much nailed it(love the new avatar Bro) another reason for using a-dex thru PCT is that adex works suprisingly well at increasing nat test production.
