need help, any experiance with this?
i got this from bb.com, and i was interested in doin something similar. any one have feed back on this, how to tweak it?
when they say low bf, what range are they talkin about, 10-15%, 5-10%
right now im about 215 and prolly about the 13% bf area, but i dont know since it hasnt been checked since last year. im looking to cut up some and keep my weight around 215-220, at around 8%.
any help would be appreciated.
Lean mass cycle
Ideally designed for people with several cycles under belt due to ED shots
BW in the 190+ range low BF%
wk 1-10 test enanth 500mg/EW
Wk 1-6 tren 50-100mg/ED
wk 7-12 winni 50mg/ED oral or inj...
wk 13-15 Clomid 13=50mgED/14=100mgED/15=50mgED
wk 13-15 Nolva 20mg ED
good lean mass
first time tren users should start at 50mg ED and increase as able, IE get the feel of the pumps first (some people can only handle so much the first cycle)
Diet = 2g protein per lb/BW
Calories around 20~22 x LBM (IE NOT a 'bulk up')
This is a good LBM increaser with VERY LOW estrogenic sides if any. As with ALL test based cycles, have nolva on hand , at least 10mg/ED if needed.

I wouldn't say that a cycle with Test E has "VERY LOW estrogenic sides." More like typical estrogenic sides IMO.
Would this be your first cycle ?

no this would not be my 1st cycle, ive used test, fina and a bunch more in previous cycles and have always bulked up from when i started at about 160 lbs to now at 218.
i figured the test would have its usually sides and i tolerate them well, but what id really like to know is how well would this cycle work for adding lean mass. ive been trainin since 6 years serious and my work outs are always intense. lately ive added that all so important cardio so im well im my way for my next "go"
any help is always appreciate fellas.

HEy I am new to this stuf but I have been well versed in biology, human anatomy, and the psychology of supplement enhancement....That sounds like a load of shit but its true. I am a 22 yr old football player at an undisclosed school in the SEC. I am bout 5'9" 218 pounds and I run in the low 4.5's. I want to cut fat....thats it! I have good strength and great skills on the field I just need some help to get me over my hump. No injectables only orals. I am well aware of the liver side effects and I have looked extensively into clen , var, cytomel and various others. Any suggestions? I can create the cycle myself.

ahh good stuff eggs, i can easily move them the two weeks you advise. but 8 weeks on fina, isnt that a bit much, ive only ever ran it for up 6 weeks and boy it was nuts, coming off it was not the easiest to deal with though, would this accomplish my goals of sheddin fat, givin daily cardio and clean diet?

Test and tren is a great cycle IMO. If you cannot handle the tren sides then you must do what works for you. Some people get insomnia so bad that they cannot run tren at all.
With daily cardio and clean diet, you should be able to lose fat.
Have you considered running a Prop/Tren cycle?

i have considered running a prop/winny cycle but at this time im unable to get the prop from my source.
i like tren and a tren/winny cycle sounded ideal to the point of cuttin up, but it is rule of thumb to always include test. this is why i asked if this would be feasible to cut up and build quality muscle.

Personally I would use the tren and winny at the start together. I would add T3 in the amount of 50mcg for the first 6 weeks also... This will give you added protein synthesis and fat burning to go along with the cutting cycle. Do a thyroid pct after by carbloading the first three days after discontiuance along with Natures Sunshine thyroid support(kelp iodine and other stuff) and coleus forskolli. I would end your cycle with prop the last few weeks to keep levels up until pct. PCT three days after last prop injection.
