interested in this.. my question is stupid tho. should it be taken orally or injected? i read that you should drink it but i also read people injecting it and i also know someone who has always injected it.. whats the truth.

you can take orally or inject it

the truth is you can do either. Personally, I don't care for ref-b. The injections were painful, the gains were minimal (I think it's under-dosed at least my batch was). I'd just drink it if I were you, but I'd also try and find a different brand of dbol . But I am biased against mex gear, I don't like it at all. just my experience and opinion, other will obviously vary so just know that you can either inject it or eat it, probably will get the same results.

EDIT: yup looks like stocky said everything I did but more succinctly. I agree with him.
