    Gotta get cut for the gridiron...NEED HELP!!

    HEY... I am a 22 yr old football player at an undisclosed school in the SEC. I am bout 5'9" 218 pounds and I run in the low 4.5's. 16% bf- I want to cut fat....thats it! I have good strength and great skills on the field I just need some help to get me over my hump of being quick and fast but not real cut. No injectables only orals. I am well aware of the liver side effects and I have looked extensively into clen , var, cytomel and various others. Any suggestions? I can create the cycle myself, or if ya can help with dosage that would be great.

    As a football player you probably already get plenty of cardio. It sounds to me like you just need to eat clean and you should achieve your goals.

    yup. You run a 4.5 at 16% bf??? Thats pretty impressive...

    As stated above, diet first...

    Once you get down lower, you might want to think about Var...I love it, but I've never taken it alone...only w/Test. If you drop lbs and fat through diet, stay strict on speed work and throw in some var after some natural progress has been made, I think you'll like the results and might drop that 40 speed down some more...

    You could try Adderall. That will be my next juice. Clen works for a lot of people. I am on my second Clen cycle, but no results so far.

    yeah when I played in HS I was a 5'7" 175 lb back with 4.39 speed. I was too small though and had to play a couple seasons at a d-2. I'll try the clen , but what stuff would be good to run and condition with? As a said I dont want to bulk just cut.
