sust/deca or test E- which is better?

just wondering what would be better for a beginner course.

Testosterone Enanthate , 500mg EW 12 weeks

OR

Sustanon , 500mg + Decadurabolin, 200mg EW 12 weeks

1-14 Nolva @ 10mg ED

My first cycle ever was Deca 400mg Weekly, Sust 500mg Weekly. It worked great for me. I gained about 22pds and held after it was over 15pds heavier.

You'd probably be better running 400mg Deca. But i suggest the last week dropping Deca to 200mg and Sust to 250mg Week. I crashed hard when i came off of this cycle, and i took HCG ect.

As far as test goes. Im using it im my current cycle "Test Prop, A-bombs, Deca, Primo, and Winstrol to end. I'll let you know how it goes.
