fina conversion-- fairly easy or difficult

i just ordered the kit. is it something that can be easily be screwed up or not. is it ready to use as soon as converted?

one last ? what kind of results can be expected i dont have great gen. but take in a lot of prot. train hard and have good diet.----lots of cardio also

Its not hard to convert. Just make sure you keep it as clean as possible. Wear gloves, clean table etc. The process should take a little more than a day if you filter all the fina out of the glue binders. If your in a rush you can pull it off in a matter of hours. But the waiting usually gets you about 5ml. more.

As far as gains everyine is different. I suggest running the fina ED for best results as it keeps levels constant in the body. Throw in some test prop and finish it up with some winny and ide say you on your way to having a real nice cycle.
