most people recommend to take the same amount of time off as ur were on...so if u were on for 12 weeks take 12 weeks off at least
Is it bad to take 2 weeks off and then go back on another cycle??
It's not good no. Your body will have no time to recover and then you're jumping back on. General rule of thumb is time on + pct time = time off. I bridge myself but I wouldnt recommend that for anybody that is new or isnt serious about competitive bodybuilding.Quote:
