It depends what kind of infection you mean, a generalised systemic one, or one at an injection site?? Lots of viral infections are often 'silent' in that they don't produce symptoms, but I would imagine any kind of wound infection would be symptomatic with redness and irritation
every time after I inject sus, prop, I get a fever and the skin be come little red, also inject site will have soreness / little pain for 3~4 days, fever will go away in 2 days, red skin will also go away in 2~3 days, and this is NOT an infection, at # 6week of my cycle my body just got use to it and I will only have little soreness on inject site, no more fever and no redness.
if you have more symptoms then what I just told you, you might have a infection. every body are different, some times infection don't produce symptoms.
