my gf is going to start taking clenbuterol to lose weight. she is wondering if, with increased dosage (.02mg on day 1, .04mg on day 2, etc until max dose of .08mg), does she take the pills all at once, or space them out throughout the day? also, how much taurine suplement should she take daily?
age: 21
height: 5'7
weight: 140
cycle: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
take them in the morning or afternoon but never after 4pm or you wont be able to sleep and drink lots of water to help with cramping. and 3 grams of tauring a day,
all at once?
Have her take it for 6 weeks straight. On the 3rd and 6th week have her take 2 doses of Benadryl before bedtime throughout the 3rd and 6th weeks. Also, she should take half of her daily dose as soon as she wakes up (she should also do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach to maximise the fat lose) and then take the other half of her daily dose at around 1PM. I take 3 grams of Taurine a day spread out and drink about a gallon of water and I don't get cramping. She will experience some cramping, sweats, hot flashes, and lightheaded in the first couple of days but her body will get use to the drug and the sides will go away. Good luck!
