My gains from 1st Cycle & Question for next one.

PCT for my 1st cycle finished a month ago, my cycle and gains are as follows.
500mg/wk Test E weeks 1-10, 30mg/day dbol weeks 1-6.

I kept 29lbs of the 35lbs i gained, i am now sitting on 229lbs at 5"10 and around 10-12% in bodyfat(just a guess as i don't look fat at all). All in all i am very pleased with my results in size and strength. :aaGreen22
My Nolva Only PCT has worked well for me, my sex drive is back and i have not lost any strength i have gained during my cycle.

My next cycle is scheduled for this January and it will consist of Anadrol 100mg/day for 4 weeks, Test Cyp 500mg/wk for 12weeks, Deca 300mg/week for 10 weeks. My Question is how much could i expect to gain from this? Any critique or opinions would be much appreciated

Im going to be douing the exact same cycle besides a few minor alterations, I will be running dbol for 1-4 weeks and I have clen for pct with my nolva, so this info is good to have and good luck with you next cycle I had some thing similar in mind so let me know how it goes.

I wouldn't introduce anadrol and deca to the new cycle, save the drol for down the road, it's a harsh drug, it's for more advanced users.

Yeah go for it, if you don't slack off on your diet and training you will be very pleased with it. Don't be suprised if you don't gain much weight after the dbol though, i gained all 35lbs 5 and a half weeks in, then when i stopped the dbol i lost water weight but my weight still remained the same.

Drol is abit harsh, but why would you reccomend i don't try Deca?

probaly because it shuts u down hard, that would be the only reason id see, plus if you made great gains on that cycle im sure you could do away with it, congrats on the gains very impressive

Thanks, well i will cut the Deca then, but im still keen on the drol, i hear it's very powerful but safe if you keep the doses in the norm. I just don't wanna do the same drugs as last time, want to try something different. I still want to bulk though, anyone got any reccomendations on a good bulking cycle with drol as a kickstarter?

I just read the profile for Equipoise, sounds awesome. Are you sure about the dosage though? On the profile it said 150-300mg ew, while you said 600mg.

ive run it at both 400mg and 600mgs, 150 is way to little.i ran it at 400 mgs the first time i used it and it was good but the second time i used 600mgs and it showed much better gains for me personally. it makes u vascular like you wouldnt beleive
