T=1550 & 3units-GH [need workout advice]
Steady T-level 1550 and 3units GH daily [injection]. What is a good workout routine and number of sets per body part? I'm not sure I am making use of these levels [I'm 40yo]. For example, my curent arm-shoulder day routine [2x weekly] looks like this:

dumbell military press 6sets
incline bench press 6sets
barbell military press 6sets
--
tricep extension 6sets
tricep pushdown 6sets
--
bicep curls 6sets
machine curls 6sets
