I can't tell if is gyno or if I am just storing my fat in my pecs, but when I was doing jump rope earlier today, I thought I was watching the frickin girls JV cheerleading squad. They just bounce when I bounce/jump.
I know I'm kinda gyno prone, but have been taking nolva along w/my Test E/Var cycle (300 mg/wkTest E + 40 mg/ED) and my tingly nips have seemed to subside.
I put on quite a bit of weight quick, 13 lbs in 3 weeks, so I'm thinking this could be the cause. My diet is pretty clean and if anything I am purposefully not taking in massive amounts of calories because I don't want to put much more weight on, otherwise I am lean @ just above 10% BF...at least I think so, my abs still pop out pretty well when I flex.
A) Is this gyno?
B) What can I do about it...whatever it is?
C) How much 'bounce' is natural?
