I'm a 135 lb. 40 year old brick layer and thru the years I've abused my arms to the point where the tendons are shot and the muscles have degenerated. I've had cortison shot's and therapy but did not help to much. I think steroids would probably help to regain there strength and stamina...Would anybody have any ideas on this, or perhaps an oppinion,
What type would be best?

The sad fact is that AS are not miracle drugs (Or we would all look like Ron Coleman!) and you need to be training very hard even before you start to use them.
I assume you are training? If not then Im not sure that AS will help you much. Generally we tend to train even harder when we are on a cycle, so if you are having troubles now Im not sure going into a heavy training session would help! :eek:
Having said that, if you were to use fairly low doses, and train moderately you may find that you would see some improvement. These are only my opinions, and Id like to see some other responses to this.
My advice is dont go rushing into AS until you have researched EVERY angle, and allowing for your age, have consulted a doctor. (No age flame there bro, you are only just older than me!)

dude, you only weigh 135. even if you worked your arms every day they will always stay proportionate with your body. put on some weight and your arms will grow.
Deca will lube your joints. Perhaps you could do a cycle of test and deca. Perhaps you should talk to your doctor. We're not experts.
Kas, My idea was to take a steroid to aid in healing my troubled arms and in turn regain my strength and stamina. No company will hire a mason with bad arms due to insurance risks. I wouldn't blame them.:confused:
At age 40, you can also look into HGH. Deca may be good for lubricating joints, but I don't think it's permanent solution.

I'll do one better. I have gathered some information on hgh over time and made a file. I'll email you a copy of it.
at the top of the screen you'll see a search botton , hit it and put in HGH you'll get all you need from there........
