Pec injection questions

Is there any possibility of having the needle go through your lung or heart? My pecs are pretty thick but I dont want to mess up any vital organs for sure.

Yes, it's a reality and could be dangerous. You need to go deep as possible while not going too deep to where you hit a vital nerve, vein or organ. What are you injecting to begin with?

Lol not on a 1" pin bro, your heart and lungs are deep in your chest. And plus you'd have to pass through the bones first.

EXTREMELY unlikely and I mean extremely. Like Darkness said, you will have to pass through bone in your ribcage and all of the other protective tissue and cartiledge etc. Wont happen.

Thanks. I was just thinking it might slip between two ribs. It probably is unreachable with a 1 inch pin tho.

If you flex your pec and find the meatiest part of the muscle, on the right side it won't be any where near your heart and on the left it would probably be above the location where your heart is. You would need a really long needle to reach the heart or lungs (pulp fiction long). I used a 5/8ths pin the first time and ended up really burying the needle to get it in the belly of the muscle. Now I use a 1" pushed all the way in and it works fine.

Pecs are a great site IMO, easy to see, reach, aspirate , you can use both hands and very little pain if any at all.

i use a 1inch for pecs and bury it all the way... was freaky the 1st time..

Just letting you guys hear back. The pec inject went extremely well. A little more sensitive than pushing it in the glute or delt, but no blood, no pain.

use 1" 25ga, 1-2" above nipple and 1-2" above that, up to 3ml with no probs
