    Dose of clen for wife

    my wife just got clen today what should the dose be she will be on ECA for 2 weeks and then Clen for 2 weeks (DOSE OF CLEN PLEASE?)

    first few days stick with 1 squirt of ARR clen (20mcg's) then ramp up to 2 squirts, and then 3 squirts near the end of the 2 weeks.
    that should be plenty for ur wife.

    Good advice.. Your wife most likely wont need anything over 80 mcgs. Take it through out the day or in the am or pm or whenever its easier for her. Also, make sure she is drinking plenty of water (2 gallons ed) and supplementing taurine and benadryl

    Clen is run for 6-12wks for optimal results, and not intermittently with ECA.
    When run properly, as stated above, Benadryl is added every third week for 7days at 50 to 100mgs nightly to upgrade/refresh the beta2 receptors (the absorption site for Clen).

    ECA prevents Clen absorption and reduces it to a mere 32%.
