When do u start to notice that you are retaining water while test e? I just started my test e cycle (500mg/wk) last week and i feel a lil bloated already.
I look a little bit soft in the gut too. I have ldex on hand but wanted to wait about 2 weeks to start that..
half life for testosterone enanthate is usually 10-14 days.. which doesn't neccisarily corrilate to how fast you are going to see extra bloat. It usually takes 3-4 weeks if not long for me to see it coming on.
that's what i figured . I think it's all this food im shoving down my grocery hole, and i have also been decreasing the cardio.....
