Cycle to Keep Gains?

This is my first cycle, and maybe my last depending on the results vs. side effects.

Im new to this. Im planning on a cycle of:
Nolva 10mg/day 10 weeks
Dbol 30-50mg/day 4 weeks
Test E. 275mg/2xweek 10 weeks
Vitamin b12 200mg/day whole cycle
Clomid therapy at end of cycle

Is this a good first cycle to keep gains?

Im just typin this post to get back to the top of the forum. somone answer this please

For a first cycle and wanting to minimize sides I would eliminate the dbol. The Rest looks fine, to keep gains make sure you study up on PCT.

run the nolva thru pct as well, and u should be good. Everythin else looks okay to me.

Honestly for a first cycle many people recomend that you do a test only but there are plenty of people that do a test deca dbol for a first.. but yea that looks fine to me. and as far as keeping gains, there are lots of things people do. for one run nolva durning clomid therapy, alot of guys use creatine during pct to keep size, and also running clen will help you from loosing gains it will also alow you to eat alot and not get sloppy looking. keeping gains is more a matter of what you do after cycle not what you take durning.. keep workouts intense and your diet spot on and you would be surprised what you can keep.

If he were to add deca to that cycle then yes i would recomend vit B6.. but maybe he is takin the b12 to cut back inject pain or to try and boost his appetite.

well maybe ill take a B complex, hahah what would b-6 do for me?

it provents gyno caused by progesterone but your not taking any compounds that cause progesterone gyno. dbol and test cause estrogen gyno which is blocked by nolva.

sorry i was out for a while...

because 200mg of b-12 is too mutch so that why i've ask if it was b-6 :aaGreen22

550mgs test a week with proper pct and keeping the cals high during pct.....should be able to keep mostly all your gains..goodluck.

i used dbol on my first cycle along with test e and absolutely loved it - my arms grew 1 inch in 4 weeks
