A friend of mine has suggested that in an effort to benefit from the joint restorative benefits of Deca, I add it to an upcoming cycle that I am planning of Test 500/wk and Eq 400/wk. He suggests using 50mg/wk for 6 or so weeks and claims that it will help with recurring left elbow pain that I have been wealing with. Anyone have comments on this suggestion? Dosage? Duration of use? Conflicts with Test/Eq?

50 mg is not enough, I would say you need at least 250mg to see any results

Maybe he meant 500 mg's ew. That dose is not uncommon.
why not just run it at 400mg/wk and keep you diet clean
it will help the joints and add to the cycle

I was thinking of adding the Deca to help with the joints and was not really considering it as a mass builder.
not everyone gets the so called "joint relief" from deca....just something to think about
Adding the deca to your cycle, even around 200 mg a week will give you great results and should help with the joints.
