Hey, I posted this in the supp section of the board and they said to try posting it here. I usally like to run winny the last five weeks of my cycles. This is my 5th cycle and I am using test e @ 500 mg / wk for 16 wks. I do not want to use winny this cycle due to awful joint pain while on it. Is there any over the counter supplements you can use at the end of your cycle to lower bodyfat and harden up that work as good as winny??
First diet is the key. If you are only looking to harden up take 100mg of proviron ed the last weeks of your cycle. Or switch to var(anavar). Again diet is the key to loosing fat.
Thanks, My diet is good. I am a fitness nutritionist and I totally agree about diet. I was wanting something over the counter that really works at helping lower bf and tighten you up at the end of a cycle( like winny) . I know supplements do not work wonders(most do not do anything) you have to work hard and eat right . But is there any supplement over the counter that really can work at the end of a cycle to use instead of winny to tighten up, and help lower bf?? Can not get var or proviron .. Anyone?? Thanks
Well its not OTC but Anavar @ 60mg ED should do the trick.
