How long to wait for next cycle?

Hey, everyone, Im off my first cycle 250 test 250 eq and 200 deca . My question is how long until I can start again? I did this last cycle for 12 weeks, and have been off for a month. I feel great and have kept my gains. Thanks

Well usually bros go by the time on including PCT = time off, however I do follow that but I also do a blood test to be 100% sure. Cant hurt...

Thanks, I want to get a physical, but wanted to do a 2nd cycle, before, was thinking of starting next week, so it would be 5-weeks off. I thought my first cycle was so mellow I would be OK? bUT YOU GUYS ARE GREAT AND i WILL LISTEN.

12 weeks on = 12 weeks off,

2 Cycles a year.

Safest way to do it. Thats why i like 12 weeks. It's only twice a year
