t3 and clen in pct

I'm running a 16 week cycle of test and deca, here is my cycle

1-16 test e 500mg ew
1-14 deca 400mg ew
1-18 vit b6 200mg ed
1-18 l-dex .25mg ed
1-18 nolva 10 mg ed
19-22 nolva 20 mg ed
19-22 clomid 100mg ed

I read that in pct to take clen and t3 and taurine to stop catabolic effect, any suggestions on how to do this, after the pct and time off I want to run a cutting cycle, i am on week 5 of the cycle

Some believe clen helps as an anti-catabolic during PCT. I am not convinced. The taurine is to help with the cramps that clen can cause. t3 during PCT would be counter productive IMO.

Clen and T3 work best while on cycle, again IMO.

If you are looking to add something to your cycle/PCT, how about HCG?
