    can benadryl be replaced ?

    I live in acountry where benadryl or other first generation antihistamines are under prescription. Im on my 2nd weeko n clen and strating to notice a serious decline in effects. How can I combat this? I know that if I order form the net the average time for packages to arrive is over a month for some reason... Ne help? Do the beneficial effects of clen still manifest even if u dont feel it the same way.

    ketotifen , you can use it instead of benadryl....

    also under prescription. Ill try to get some anyway but if I cant get a hold of it what would u suggest me to do? 2 weeks on off ? 2 days on off? Any input?

    the 12 wk clen cycle is optimal but 2 weeks on/off has yielded good results with people ,I think you should do that....t3 upgrades the beta 2 receptors a bit...but im not 100% sure....
