    Ok then...

I am tall and skinny.. pretty good muscle tone and I have tried everything possible to put the weight on unsuccessfully. What is a good steroid to start with that isnt to expensive and doesnt take to long to kick in. After I get some idea of where to start I will do my research. I was looking at Sus and deca so far but any suggestions are greatly appreciated

    6'1"
    165 lbs
    no use before
    lift daily

I would agree with Lunacy -- diet is 90% of what we do. It is truly the make-or-break factor in this game.

That being said, provide us with some stats so we can better advise -- age/ht/wt/years training/cycle experience/diet info/etc.

I am 6'1" 165. 21 years old. I lift daily so that isnt it. I am a health and exercise science major. Believe me I have tried every eating plan the nutrition specialists at my school have come up with. I put on maybe 3 or 4 pounds then lose it in a week. Believe me I eat really well and lift all the time.

nutrition specialists at school often don't know dick about bodybuilding diets -- i'm speaking as a nutrition grad from one of the better programs in the country.

spend some time in the diet forum here -- focus on the bulking diet that's pinned at the top of the forum.

and if you lift daily, do you mean 7 days a week??? then maybe you should consider the fact that you may be (most probably are) overtraining. all you need to lift is 3-4 days a week to grow.
