Im thin and my stomach is flat its jsut my belly is soft
im taking eq winni and test and im hoping wit enough cardio and
ab excises it will tighen up and i can have a lil 4 or 6 pack. So my
question is it possible? I mean can i turn my soft belly into a six
pack or at least make it tight.

It may be a little water when im on the cycle or u mean now, I use to be fat so i figure its soft stil lcause of that and im hopiin the cycle will help it out

bingo mike , thats what happened . he had the heart problem and stop training and started eating kfc.He says in his interview thats his favorite and that he was eating a whole bucket(tub) at a time.What a tranformation .5'4" and weighing in at close to 300 .i think it was 290 or something like that.i think he was 260 contest.he is a big boy.
but anyways just for the record that is Lee Priest
is he still competing,if so that must be hard to lose all that in a short period of time.

Diet, diet, diet. Cardio eats muscle, which should be too much of a problem if you're on enough gear. I like the high fat, no carb approach. I managed to drop 40 pounds in a few months for my first contest with this approach (Body Opus) and made some strength gains too.Quote:

i dont know what he used, but he did lose the weight, and there is an interveiw later in the mag........were he talks a bit about it............

xplicit, how's your abs? do you work them. you can be lean but not have much abs muscles. if that's the case, that's probably your problem. you shouldn't have much fat where there's alot of muscle.
