    First timmer

    Hello everyone ....I'm 34 yo , 5'8", and weigh 180. Married with three beutiful
    kids all under the age of 4yr... I'v been hitting the gym off and on for 4 yrs and always kept my body about the same. when andros were still avalible, I used them and had good results. I would like to get bigger! Ive read everything about first cycles on this site and I feel confident about all the info. The only thing confussing me is injection days.

    mon- 250mg test cyp......thur-250mg test cyp..... do you just keep moving every three days for 12wks? or do you stick with mon and thur always?

    first cycle gear

    test cyp 500mg per wk for 12wk
    (pct)-novlx and clomid

    yep every 3.5 days. but with something like test c you dont have to worry about injections times (in the am,pm).and you dont have to do it mon and thurs, you can pick your own days.its weird how ppl who do weekly injects that are 2x, its always mon thurs...hmm wonder why

    Last time I had it checked it, was 28%, but thats because I fell off the lean diet train!
    Befor I use my gear, I want to get myself in a anibolic state by circut trainning and lots of cardio (tred mill, stair stepper) loose the body fat. It takes me about a month. I can get it to 18%, Ive never been below that.
