b12, taken orally, only has 1% absorption i believe.....

I think its because of the b12 molecule being so large

1000mcgs every day. I swear by it and have taken it for two years now, both on and off cycle.. (well I take that back, i didn't run it last summer when I was cutting with fina), but for bulking its great, and since i 'm usually always bulking its great, stimulates appetite and increses energy

1ml every day (that's 1000mcg per day). Painless IM or subcutaneous inject.

Often used to cut Prop or Tren Ace to ease the pain. I just use it by itself (unless I add it to one of my two weekly Test E shots). Either way, I take it every day.

Increased energy. People can have a b12 deficiency in their brain and still have the test come back negative. The deficiency will cause fatigue.
