    Arm is red HELP!!!! ASAP

I am doing 1/2cc in my shoulder of Test400. I injected my first shot on Monday and now it Wednesday. Right under where I put the injection it became red (almost in the shape of a triangle) if I touch it it hurts and I can not sleep on it. It does feel a little warm. What can this be? Should I see a Doctor

from what im told test 400 sucks major ass...hurts like a bitch...i'd stay away from that stuff...use something of a lesser concentration like 200mg/ml and shoot twice a week if u want 400mg/wk

Dude, take some asprin, and use a heating pad, your going to pain pain after every shot with that. I was running some prop that was horrible, I had to drop it after 2 weeks, I had night sweats, pain, supe swollen injections sites for 5 days at a time and couldnt get a good work out, I was running out of body parts that were'nt partially parylised.

Heat and massage pre and post injection. I tend to have a shower after I inject then leave the hot shower head over the injection site for a few minutes, I find it helps with soreness on the following days.

You could also cut your T400 with some sterile oil. or better still, some B-12. B-12 can be obtained from AR.

I agree with the other posts. Probably just inflammation. Heat doesn't necessarily mean infection, as heat and redness are normal immune responses to irritants, external and internal. I would use Ibuprofen and take your core temperature to make sure you don't have a sytemic fever. I get those all the time in my ass from T400. Sometimes they are the size of a golf ball. I even get sick from time to time from that stuff. I just keep antibiotics on hand to prevent possible sepsis and an embarassing trip to the Dr.

Is it smart to mix oil (T400) with the water (B12)???

You are fine. You will feel the real pain when you inject in your calves! Probably you cannot walk for few days.

T400 is oil based and B-12 is water based so they won't mix!
