    Powdered Skimmed Milk

I have noticed that this stuff has like 20g of protein in it per pint so I have been drinking about 4 pints a day its dead cheap compared to supps. Thats 80g of protein straight off as well as a lot of clean food too of course (diet is good). Can anyone see a problem with this much skimmed milk everyday? I'm currently ruinning test 650/wk and deca 400/wk for 12 and 10 weeks.

Wont that much milk bloat you up pretty quickly, giving you a puffy look? Im not really sure, but fock it if your bulking then I say go for it! Its all one big fun experiment anywayz.

i use it - good for bulking, not very good if you're cutting tho - too much sugar (lactose)

yeah - combine all that lactose with a sh!tload of protein, some dbol & deca & you've got one hell of a bloat going on, not to mention some serious greenhouse gasses !
