Did my first thigh shot today. Was a little nervous because i`ve heard some people say it hurt like hell. But couldn`t feel a thing. Loved it!!! Maybe try the tri on monday. Whats your favourite spot? Mine is the thigh so far. Done delts and glutes before. :7up:
rub the shit out of it it will be sore tomorrow. i thught sweet thigh was easy as hell then i couldnt; walk and it felt like i had a charley horse the next 3-4 days

A friend of mine couldn`t get the needle in his thigh bc it hurted, so i thought that was what everyone where talking about.Quote:

I like shoulders the most, Only sore for like 1 day. I've done thighs though and it wasn't too bad, but I was limping the next day. Next cycle I'm doing bi's and lats. I think the most painful shot is the glute, just becuase the size of the needle but it hurts getting in and out of the car.
I don`t really have any pain after delt or glute shot. A little stiff the next day maybe but thats it. Next cycle will be prop. Guess it`ll hurt a bit more.

Once your Tri's get used to getting stuck, they're the best (for me). No pain, big slab of meat to shoot for ( :lol: ), easy. Plus you can hit them from the side and from the underside.
Quads for me are hit-or-miss. Either painless, or I hit a nerve dead on. Nowhere in between. The good part is, you have two handed control of what you're doing. Of course, you have that with pecs too.

Lats are painless unless you have long arms like me and can reach them :)
I want to start the quads and delts. So far I've only done glutes. I'm worried about the pain or infection build up in the quads or shoulders.
Delts were a breeze for me. I've had more problems with quads.Quote:

ohh yes tom. will be fun. my 1st quad injection was 1cc deca .5cc sust and i felt it for days... if you have to squat for anything it may take you a few extra moments to get all the way down, then you have to unscrunch your face :wg:
