On week 10 of cycle
Test E 500mg and EQ 500mg
This week I am so damn tired.
Can't keep my eyes open during the day, added an additional hour of sleep but did not help.
Body is hurting, pulled something in my right forearm.
Just totally worn out.
I am taking a few days off from the gym to recover.
I have another 3 week left for the cycle.
Question:
Since I am basically taking this week off should I add another week to the cycle?
Anything I can do/take to get over this or just rest?
The same thing happend to me around week 8 of a 13 week 500mg Test E & 400mg Deca cycle. I took 5 full days off from the gym and got plenty of rest and kept eating like a mad man. You may be overtraining also. Just take 5 days off don't even look at a weight and you will be fine. You'll be amazed how your strenght goes up from the 5 days rest.
Dont add weeks, stick to your original plan. Although in this case I would add 2 weeks anyway to take advantage of EQ (10 wks is rather short for eq).
EQ cycle will run for 12 weeks and test for 14.Quote:

i never get tired or anything on test..tren makes me very lethargic
